I want to tell you that i just found out that i am pregnant. 8 weeks. When i saw you on Nov 29 i was soon due to have my period around that time. On dec 7th i had some bleeding which i thought was my late period. Altogether it was for a few hours that day and some spotting next day. So i went on as if i had my period.
I found out a few days ago by taking a test at home that i was pregnant and had an apt with my obgyn this morning which confirmed I'm pregnant.

I am writing today to give you feedback about Xinfa course.
First I would like to thank you for the opportunity you gave me, it was absolutely self -transforming, I am still realizing that, guess it is the reason it took a long time to write about. In a certain way, I didn't want that to finish, I have seen the classes many times and every time I could discover and reflect about it in a different way.
The question is: how I feel after Xinfa course? What happened after that? I am asking myself about what has transformed here inside. I could see myself in all this process, really reflecting about my actions and thoughts.
First, I think the anxiety of learning took place, and a state of disconnection too. It made me feel like I was not doing enough, that I had to study more and finish all fast. In my mind it was like success. After some time I could see that the timing of learning was not a linear path, that I had to take the right time, my time, of learning. Not the faster, only the right time. This teaching I am taking to many different situations in my life.
Also the video translation that I wanted to do, I just didn't do, for many reasons, and it made me feel bad about myself, in a way a desire, moving my heart very fast and again disconnected from center. This situation made me contemplate on how many things I am doing for the others, to gain attention, love, respect, or anything else, the perceived reality. And I was able to say NO to a lot of people and situations that were connected to this perception, without any suffering.
During this time and all the learning, I could reflect on my father's death and suffering, what does it mean? At this time I can only feel gratitude from all I have learned from him, he actually was a really good man, I also could reflect about his father, who was a very good person too. Absolutely kind, generous and wise in life. I am happy to recognize this virtue in me and it makes me feel like being a mother, and why I should be. I had an experience during meditation, where I could feel an infinite gratitude for being alive, and have this blessed life, because all of those ancestors who where here before me. I never felt something like that, it was really a very happy moment. It feels very good when we experience things that before were only a concept in mind.
Of course, after Xinfa, and all this transformation, I saw that my work as a practitioner was getting stronger, that being really connected with helping people, without fear of not having enough money to pay the bills...would completely change things. The number of patients increased a lot, and some of them were bringing their families and friends too. I am sure, and I am humble to say, that the diamond heart showed up, the light came from the inside, during the treatment, one loving word, or sometimes silence, made the difference.
Thank you a lot Yaron, I can't express in words all that has happened. More than doing a course, it changed me in many ways, I would never expect that. Hope you are happy, healthy and have a long life to share to many people all your knowledge and goodness.

"Mindblowing! The Nei Gong course was my first course from the Body Track and it was from the first lesson something I felt was sorely missing from other Qi Gong and Tai Chi exercises I learned before discovering Hun Yuan. The exercises are very straight forward, but with practice you soon see how profound and challenging they are. This course spoke to my heart and blew my mind away.
I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to take their Qi Gong and Tao Chi practice to the next level and beyond. Once again, I am grateful to dr Yaron Seidman and moved by his genius, courage and heart, all permeating his work. Thank you."

Every person practicing medicine knows about the business side of medicine. There is an eternal conflict in the mind of a medical practitioner: Costs, overhead, livelihood versus helping, giving and healing. A successful doctor does both: business and medicine. But what if one side starts to influence the other or worse alter the other?
When medicine and heart take over then the doctor becomes poor and when business takes over, well…..superfluous procedures, excessive drugs, over treatment! (as long as it is legal off course)
What if every patient had a medical professional counsel by their side when they go to see the doctor? Just to make sure that they don’t get too much of something they don’t really need.
I think that there is an extraordinary reward on the side of medicine, which is heart related and should be emphasized over and over. The following non-fiction story from today explains: A patient told her OB/GYN doctor, in a nearby town, that she is going for acupuncture for fertility. The doctor said “are you going to the guy in Weston that everyone loves.” How could this compare to financial success of an extra procedure?
Let’s put heart back in medicine! It is the real winner.

“A thing has root and manifestation, an affair has a beginning and an end, to know what comes first and what later brings one closer to Dao.”
The Great Learning, in Chinese Da Xue, is an ancient text transmitted for over two thousand years in the east. Its main tenant revolves an illumination of virtue coming deep from within the heart. The skills needed to reach and practice the illuminating virtue is what the text is all about.
Liu Yuan, 18th century founder of the Huai Xuan school, greatly advocated the learning and practice of the Great Learning. His commentary Great Learning Simple Explanation goes into the secrets of this ancient art. In Liu Yuan’s words, “A person is endowed with the center of heaven and earth that then generates the true nature of the five kinships. It is an unadulterated embodiment of Taiji. A person inherently has it and it is called virtue, which in its root is empty and illuminating. Next, life begins and one acquires preference for thick and thin, pure and impure. Then after birth one follows customs and transforms. Now, there are good and evil, right and wrong and therefrom the clarity of virtue decreases.
The sage instructed people to cultivate both the inside and outside, become clear and yet more clear in order to rid themselves of inclination to attachment. They needed to sort away the malady of desires to things and instead become themselves completely empty and illuminating and that’s it!
‘Heaven principle is everywhere and people have true nature which is like my own’, If one does not guard the heart in practice and instead becomes intellectually proficient with various theoretical principles and speaks loftily of true nature and life then the condition of the people does not improve, then it becomes clear that goodness cannot be fulfilled and that his learning leans toward a wrong path.
The Dao of the Great Learning takes place when the virtue of the self illuminates and is being propagated toward others. One is then close and deeply connected to others until gradually the many facets of feelings are being fulfilled and a unifying underlying principle is grasped. Within a short time, by means of cultivating the self in order to help others, everybody assists in what is appropriate.
The scope of illuminating virtue is all encompassing, but it does materialize through getting close to people, then the gamut of human emotions -outward display and inner thoughts- become thoroughly clear. “
Dr Yaron Seidman teaches the Great Center courses Levels I & II, which contain the Great Learning text, Liu Yuan commentaries and further Hunyuan insight into illuminating virtue. Each course is composed of 6 CC and 3 RD, total 9 classes, ca. 2 hours each.
Level I begins October 2018.
